David Pearl

David Pearl has been involved in property for over 50 years and owns a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties, with a strong preference for central London. He is very ‘hands-on’’, and has a large in-house team to manage most aspects of the business. He lives, eats and breathes property; is also a Vice-President of Tottenham Hotspur, has appeared on ‘Secret Millionaire’, and is a Founder Member of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award as well as supporting a number of youth, history and arts charities through his foundation. He has a passion for history and can be found most mornings indulging in a spot of yoga in the west end.
