John Orna-Ornstein

John Orna-Ornstein is Director of Curation and Experience for the National Trust, leading the Trust’s work in caring for its houses, gardens and collections as well as its approach to audiences and programming. Prior to joining the National Trust, he was Director of Museums for Arts Council England. He has also worked for 15 years at the British Museum, including roles ranging from curatorial to education to management, as well as working in the international development industry.

John is a former board member of the Migration Museum Project, and remains involved in supporting the organisation and its aims.
