Join the Migration Museum and our Community Curators to celebrate the Being Human Festival – the UK’s national festival of the humanities. In partnership with Goldsmiths’ new Migrant Futures Institute, we invite you to explore migration past, present and future.

Through food, performance, workshops, and storytelling, this event will challenge assumptions and celebrate the resilience, creativity, and contributions of migrant communities. We’re proud to be involved in the event – you’ll find our team pitched up in the marketplace. Join us to explore how migration shapes our everyday lives, what stories get told and by whom, and how creative responses can help us imagine more just and inclusive futures. Plus, you’ll have the chance to add your own migration story disc to our museum’s growing collection of over 7,000 personal stories.
