Job vacancy: Head of Public Engagement

The Migration Museum Project is looking to reach and engage new audiences through our exhibitions, events, workshops and outreach work. We are seeking a Head of Public Engagement to scope, design and work with our existing team and partners to deliver a public engagement strategy.

We are a growing organisation, based since early 2017 in a temporary museum space in Vauxhall, London. We have just launched a groundbreaking new exhibition, Room to Breathe, which offers huge opportunities for us to expand our reach.

We are looking for someone with experience in strategic planning, developing multi-stakeholder partnerships with diverse groups and delivering high quality workshops and events. You will need to be tactful, self-sufficient and flexible and able to work closely with our committed team and our many fantastic volunteers.

This role will be primarily based in and focused on London, but with the aim to influence national policy and practice.
