Southwark pop-up Migration Museum

The Migration Museum is creating a pop-up museum in London Bridge, showcasing highlights from our current and previous exhibitions, a selection of Southwark migration stories and a range of interactive activities.

The pop-up museum will be open from Monday 12 March until Friday 16 March, from 11am until 3pm, situated on the site of our proposed new home. The new building, if approved by Southwark Council, would include a permanent home for the Migration Museum from 2022.

Our pop-up museum will provide a snapshot of some of the activities visitors to a permanent Migration Museum can expect, as well as content directly relevant to the local community and area. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore and participate, meet our team and find out more about our project and plans.  So if you’re in the area, pop in and take a look.

Our Migration Museum at The Workshop in Lambeth will remain open as usual throughout this time.
